          <p>The deadline for the submission of a full paper is <strong>December 
            31, 2008</strong>. <br>
            <br>
            All full paper submissions must be preceded by an abstract submission, 
            and accompanied with a 'reference number' (e.g., ASSMS-WC09-099). 
            Different electronic formats are accepted but PDF is preferred. See 
            below for where the electronic files should be sent. <br>
            <br>
            Selected full papers that are presented at the Conference will be 
            peer reviewed and will be published in the Proceedings of the 4th 
            World Conference on 21st Century Mathematics 2009. <br>
            <br>
            Each full paper should not exceed fifteen single-spaced pages. <br>
            <br>
            Full paper submission for review must be in one of the following formats:</p>
